Po’s Atelier is an award winning French-Japanese boutique bakery focusing on artisan breads and pastries paired with Scandinavian-inspired interiors. Nestled in bright and airy environs in the heart of Sheung Wan.
Unlike most commercial bakeries, bake and cook all ingredients from scratch, on-site, free of processing aids, artificial additives, bleach, flour improvers, stabilisers, dough conditioners or preservatives. Combining the best of old techniques with a modern open-kitchen and forward thinking.
