This is our story of discovering and reflecting on local techniques and traditions, some that our generation have forgotten, or in haste, left behind.

Set up as a twentytwo-seat counter, the food is curious but never pretentious. With our intimate kitchen and with sharing in mind, we serve small plates with big flavours. shying away from fixed menus, we work hard to seasonally spotlight the potential of Hong Kong grown ingredients and certified organic whenever possible.

We are glad if we can showcase and encourage more support for quality Hong Kong produce. This is our story of discovering and reflecting on local techniques and traditions. Slow music and slow food for a fast city.
